1. Publisher and purpose
The Hadharli (حضّرلي) platform, available at https://www.hadharli.com, is published by TunEdu SARL, a Tunisian limited liability company with a share capital of [to be completed] dinars, registered with the National Business Register under number [RNE / tax ID], whose registered office is at [registered office address], represented by its manager, Mr Mohamed Amine Slimani (“TunEdu”, “we”).
Contact: WhatsApp / phone 56 251 081 · contact@hadharli.com.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set the rules for accessing and using Hadharli. They are supplemented by:
- the Privacy Policy, which explains how we process your personal data;
- the Terms of Sale, which apply to every purchase (points, courses, plans);
- the Teacher Terms, which also apply to anyone who teaches on Hadharli.
If they conflict, the specific document (sale, teachers) prevails over these Terms for its subject.
2. Definitions
- Platform: the Hadharli website and all its services.
- User: anyone who visits the Platform or creates an account on it.
- Student: a user who books lessons, joins classes or follows courses.
- Teacher: a user with a teacher profile, either verified and publicly listed (“marketplace teacher”) or used only for their private classroom (“independent teacher”).
- Centre: an organisation (tutoring centre, private school, association) that uses a centre space to manage its teachers, classes and students.
- Points: the unit used on the Platform to book lessons and buy courses; 1 point equals 1 Tunisian dinar (TND).
- Lesson: a live video session, one-to-one (booking) or in a group (class).
- Course: online content (videos, PDFs, texts, quizzes) published by a teacher.
- Content: any text, image, video, file, message or post uploaded by a user.
3. Acceptance and age
Creating an account means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.
Hadharli is used by many students who are minors. If you are under 18, you may create an account and use the Platform only with the agreement of your parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and remains responsible for your use, in particular for purchases. [Possible minimum age and how parental consent is collected: to be confirmed by the lawyer.]
Purchases must be made or authorised by an adult.
To teach, you must be an adult [to be confirmed by the lawyer].
4. Your account
- You provide accurate, up-to-date information (name, email address, school level…) and correct it if it changes.
- Your account is personal. You keep your password secret and you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once about any unauthorised use.
- An account may not be transferred or shared.
- In Settings, you can edit your information and set your notifications and privacy (who can message you, whether your teacher profile appears in search).
- You can download a copy of your data and delete your account from Settings, as described in section 13 and in the Privacy Policy.
5. Our services
Hadharli is a matching platform and an online teaching tool. In particular, it lets you:
- find a verified teacher, book one-to-one lessons and join group classes, paid in points;
- attend live video lessons, with chat and, if the teacher chooses, recording;
- buy and follow online courses;
- talk through messages and in the community space (posts, comments, quizzes);
- as an independent teacher, run your own private classroom with your students (invitations, groups, lessons, recordings), with a paid plan;
- as a centre, manage your teachers, classes and students and track attendance, with a paid plan.
Teachers are not TunEdu employees: they work independently and are solely responsible for the teaching content of their lessons and courses (see the Teacher Terms). TunEdu checks applications before listing a teacher on the marketplace, but does not guarantee any academic result.
Features may change, and some may be temporarily unavailable (maintenance, incident, provider).
6. Bookings and live lessons
- A booking is paid in points when it is requested. The teacher accepts or declines it; a decline refunds the points in full.
- The student may cancel a booking until the lesson starts and gets a full refund. Once the lesson has started, only the teacher (or the Hadharli team) can cancel it.
- In a group class, the student may leave before it starts and gets their points back. If the teacher cancels the class or removes a participant, that participant is refunded.
- After the lesson, the teacher marks it as completed or reports the student as absent. A reported absence does not give an automatic refund; if you disagree, contact us and we will look into it [no-show policy to be confirmed].
- Presence in the video room is measured (join and leave times, duration) to record attendance and handle complaints.
- Private classroom and centre lessons are not paid in points on Hadharli: any payment is agreed directly with the teacher or the centre, without TunEdu.
The detailed financial rules are in the Terms of Sale.
7. Points, purchases and payments
Points are bought in packs (some include bonus points) and are used to book lessons and buy courses. They cannot be refunded in cash or transferred, except as provided in the Terms of Sale. A user’s points are not earnings: only a teacher’s earnings, held in their earnings wallet, can be paid out.
How to buy, pay, receive, withdraw and get refunds is described in the Terms of Sale.
8. Lesson recordings
- Only the teacher can start recording a lesson, if their plan allows it. The message “This session is being recorded” is then shown in the room.
- A recording is not shared automatically: the teacher can review and trim it, then publish it. It then becomes visible to the teacher and the lesson’s participants (and, for a centre lesson, to the centre).
- A teacher may reuse recordings of their own lessons in a course. [Information and consent of students who appear in a reused recording: to be confirmed by the lawyer.]
- Recording, filming or sharing a lesson or a recording by any other means without the consent of the people involved is forbidden.
9. Code of conduct
When you use Hadharli, you agree to:
- treat other users with respect, especially minors;
- not post or send any content that is unlawful, hateful, violent, harassing, discriminatory, sexual, defamatory or that invades someone’s privacy;
- not ask a minor for personal contact details or suggest meeting outside the intended setting;
- not impersonate anyone or create fake accounts;
- not pay or get paid outside Hadharli for a lesson booked through it;
- not send unsolicited advertising or solicitation;
- not try to access other people’s accounts or data, disrupt the service, scrape its data or bypass its technical limits;
- respect intellectual property (do not post someone else’s materials without permission).
You can report a post with the “Report post” button in the community, or any other content or behaviour by writing to us.
10. Content and intellectual property
- The Platform (the Hadharli brand, logo, interface, code, texts and visuals) belongs to TunEdu or its partners. Any unauthorised reproduction is forbidden.
- You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant TunEdu a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence, for as long as necessary, to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt (format, compression) and display it, solely to run the Platform and show it to the users who have access to it.
- You confirm you hold the necessary rights to what you post.
- A teacher’s lessons, courses and materials are for the student’s personal, educational use only: they may not be resold, copied or shared publicly.
11. Moderation and suspension
TunEdu may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law, unpublish or remove a course, and suspend or close an account in case of a serious or repeated breach, fraud (for example fake accounts to collect bonus points) or a risk to users’ safety. Unless urgent or required by law, we tell you about the measure and the reason, and you can reply to challenge it. [What happens to unused purchased points of a closed account: to be confirmed by the lawyer.]
12. Liability and availability
- TunEdu provides a matching service and tools. The teaching content of a lesson or course is the teacher’s responsibility.
- We do our best to keep the Platform available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The quality of live lessons also depends on your connection and device.
- If a booked lesson cannot take place because of a Platform outage, contact us: the points are refunded [to be confirmed].
- To the extent permitted by law, TunEdu’s liability is limited to direct, proven damage [possible cap: to be confirmed by the lawyer]. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law gives consumers.
13. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings by confirming your email address. Deletion is refused while:
- you have an upcoming confirmed lesson (cancel it or wait until it is over);
- your points balance is positive (use it or contact us) [handling of remaining balances: to be confirmed by the lawyer].
Deletion deactivates the account, signs you out on all your devices and anonymises your name, photo, phone number and profiles. Some data is kept for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy. A teacher should request a payout of their available earnings before deleting their account.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms, in particular to follow changes to the service or the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. For a significant change, we tell you on the Platform or by email at least [15] days before it takes effect [period to be confirmed]. If you keep using Hadharli after that date, you accept the new version; otherwise, you can delete your account.
15. Governing law, disputes and contact
These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. If there is a problem, contact us first: we will look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Tunis [to be confirmed by the lawyer], subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
